Group Training
Maximum 6 participants. This program will have a review for returning members, and a introduction for new members. Teaching about the FRC system and how to create a morning routine, expand your range of motion in multiple attainable positions, and create baseline knowledge on how to build your own personal mini session. Great to bring a few friends!
Outdoor Sessions
Coming SOON! With this session, it can be up to 25 participants, and will have more information once the details are finalized. Bring a yoga mat, and optional yoga blocks, tennis ball and a dowel and train anywhere in the city! Will be a great way to enjoy the outdoors. Stay tuned and check back often. Note: no option for email notifications yet.


Workshops
The information in this system can be a lot. Have me come to you and your facility to explain how the system works and get your participants to engage. Schedule 3 separate days so I can give your group some information about the proper way to use: Irradiation, CARs Level 1, 2, 3, PAILs/RAILs, ENG, and much more. Please contact for more info, ideally 10 or more participants but we can negotiate.
Weightlifting gym settings, gymnastics facilities, martial arts, hockey, soccer and basketball teams, track and field, dance,...ANY human with a joint, I can train them to control it better!
